It's a book my 2 year old Son keeps reaching for, and one even my 9 year old has enjoyed pouring over on her own. I love how we can all connect with different parts of the book, unlike many other stories of parenting or family life. My Son's favourite parts on shouting out that Mummy left the baby and the Mummy Superhero! Thanks for creating such a great book for us all!
I absolutely love this book and so does my 18 month old. It is the only book about breastfeeding I've come across that isn't about weaning, and is a beautiful and realistic portrait of feeding and cosleeping. I ordered this book on pre-order while still feeding and co-sleeping with my 4 year old son. By the time it came he had dropped bedtime feeds to once or twice a week so it seemed to hold even more meaning for us both!
The wording is perfect, true to how we feel as mums but also allows us to change the words for breastfeeding/breastmilk to what our child understands. It will definitely be a special book to continue reading for years to come, even after feeding has ended
